This is my first non Coupon post in a while...LOL

I am having a very Blah kinda day. You would think I would be better after hearing that adam got some contract work after not having a job for 6 mo. But I know its a paycheck, i know we need it, its just in my heart I am not having a good feeling about this. I am Praying that this is a feeling from the Holy Spirit that there is something else coming our way that we have been praying for.

I am stressed to the Max, depressed to the Max, No energy, very hormonal, no motivation, you name it! I just have not had a good day...or good 6 months to be honest. But today just was the icing on the cake.

I feel like a bad wife, mother, friend, daughter , sister, you name it! I feel it!

I know that God will lead us to the right path, I know this is just a detour in our journey. but I am ready to be out of the desert!

I am very thankful for my family, my husband, my kids, my Church, and my friends who have been there for us during this time. I am very thankful for those who have done things for us annyomously! What a Blessing!

I am praying things get better, but until then I am going to be here for my family, do my VERY best to be a better wife and mother!

My friend Chelle told me about a cheaper and healthier way to make popcorn oh and it tastes better!

Don't eat commercial microwave popcorn! Try making it yourself...It's much cheaper, healthier and doesn't contain diacetyl- which can cause a life threatening respiratory condition.

Just combine 1/4 cup popcorn, 1 tsp olive oil and a dash of sea salt in a paper lunch bag. fold it over 2x. Staple only 2x or tape it shut. Microwave 1-3 minutes depending on microwave. YUM! (don't press popcorn button on microwave that will cook it too long)

I did not have a good experience at Walgreen's today. Two different issues came up one was when I was checking out she scanned all the stuff and then my coupons and then the RR coupons, it rejected one of my $4.00 RR because I had more coupons than items! well no joke it was because you can use 2 coupons on one item if you have a Manufacturer coupon and a store coupon. I asked her to take off the $1.00 RR one and use the $4.00 one instead but the asst manager refused, i gave up i will use it again SOON!
Second issue came when I got to my car I was looking at my RR that printed out from my purchase today and noticed that i was short a $3.00 one from the Crest offer. I went back in and they could not explain it this time the manager, so I returned the products and got my 3 coupons back I used for that purchase. I was not happy!

I am going to get back into this blogging thing! I need to continue to write down the memories for my kids and the things they say...because they say some silly things sometimes!

I know it has been since august last year! WOW a lot has went on since then...

i will try to remember it all.

My baby brother went off to college to Tennessee Tech University to study Mechanical engineering. I am so proud of him! he is so smart, such a great person! I miss him but I am excited for what he is going to do with his life. I know he will do great things. He recently went through a break up with Alicia his ex now girlfriend. he caught her lying and cheating. I am so glad she is gone out of his life she treated him so wrong and us too. She was dragging him down. I am glad he is the Matt we all loved now.

In October my husband lost his job, that has been one of the hardest things I have been through so far as a family.. it is March and we are still unemployed but we have a good lead we should hear about this week or so. Prayers please! I have learned some amazing lessons in this time. God is always in charge of my life and knows what we need and will provide those needs to us! without him we would not have made it this far! I have some amazing Godly friends and an amazing Church family!

Halloween we were Madison: Mulan, Austin: Buzz light year, Ali: Alice in Wonderland.

I thought Christmas was going to be hard but with the prayers and God's love we made it. Our friends and church pulled through beyond measure for us ! i was so amazed at the kindness and love from others. I can not wait to bless others in the way that those around us blessed us!!

We have had some great amounts of snow this year and Ice, lots of snow days for school. The most amounts of icy roads we have ever seen.

Kids are having fun in MDO this year too. they have learned so much!

I have started going to a Small group that is AMAZING i am so glad to have these ladies in my life such a blessing. Its the Mostly Mommies group at WOC!

We had a great 5th birthday party for the twins in Jan since Dec was crazy. we had it at Elite gymnastics. we had all our friends and family come out it was great! I just can not believe they are 5! where has the time went from the those long NICU days till now! I can not believe they will start Kindergarten next year! Amazing! Austin wanted a Lego Star wars cake and Maison wanted a Hannah Montana Cake.

Ali turned 3! I can not believe my baby turned 3 either. She has come so far! she is an amazing little girl with such a great personality. She started her new school at Bellwood on her 3rd bday. it was sad to leave project help. she loved that place. but she was excited to reunite with her little buddy Zayne! they are in the same class at school. She had a great party at McDonald's and it was an Olivia Party!

Austin: he is such a little ham! he loves to draw still and is so very good at it. he loves school, he has a great (talkative) personality, never meets a stranger, mm don't know where he gets that from.. :) He is good at gymnastics and is getting so strong with it, he has so much fun! He has a great imagination as well, he likes to build tents, forts. he loves all his animals in his bed at night and has to set them up every night and make sure they are tucked in and all! I love it! He is also impatient like his mom though LOL. he is amazing with little kids including his little sister ali, at times he does not like when she takes his stuff, but over all he is good. Him and Madison fight some but they get along way more than they fight esp when they wake up they love to play things like dr, Vet, Store, Restaurant, house, and school together. He wants to be a football player, Fireman, police man and an office worker (like daddy) too! His fave things to eat now are quesadillas(everyday if you let him), PB& J, spaghetti, pancakes, pickles,shrimp. he is not a picky eater!

Madison she is so ALL girl, princess, nails, make up (she wants to put her play makeup on all the time, please help me! LOL), dress up, heels, hair, match where pretty dresses and all. She just recently lost 2 teeth and was so excited! She is a great reader and speller! She loves to do it and is so good at it. she is so loving and caring (little mommy we call her), she likes to baby ali a lot. she want to have 67 kids (LOL). she loves to get messy too and play like boys do! but yet loves her princess side too. Madison wants to be a Baby doctor. She does have her diva, sassy attitude at times. She said to Austin today "really Austin seriously" Oh no! She is a great eater! Loves broccoli, spaghetti o's, noodles, sandwiches, steak, shrimp, cereal, eggs and grits. she also loves chocolate a lot!

Ali she has grown so much. She is so smart, she may not say everything but she knows a lot! she has advanced so much! We are still in PT, OT and speech. She loves her therapist, we are sad to have to leave our wonderful speech therapist Mrs Christy, but we will be getting a new one soon. She moved from proj help to Bellwood and that was a sad transition for us. The school system is very different from early intervention. My goal is to have her out of all therapies by school age, I am confident she will, I am praying for her.She is amazing. She still loves her baby dolls. She loves Olivia, Yo gabba gabba, Pablo from backyardagains, and wubzy. She loves to laugh! Such an amazing personality, she lets you know very quickly that she does not like something, she is in her horrible 3;s right now in full force. This to shall pass! She does not like animals, things in costume, or furry things. she still has some stranger issues. She loves her siblings ( most of the time LOL). she is now into Jumping! PT loves that! she is into taking off her clothes, shoes and socks so much now! LOL. She keeps her glasses on well and i am so proud of her. She had her ears pierced for her 3rd bday. she was a trooper. She is very independent, she has to have her snacks (naks) in a bowl! We are stil having to use cloth diapers for her allergy to chlorine and latex. She is terrified of the potty for some reason, she will still sometimes, but mostly screams the other times. she will tell you when she has or is Stinky. She is not a picky eater, she loves fruit loops, broccoli, PB &J, chicken nuggets, fries, ketchup (lots), raisins, bananas, fruit, noodles, soup, rice, carrots, waffles(with whip cream), eggs, grits, and yogurt.

September 9th I lost another person, Adam's grandfather passed away that day. (my aunt Cindy passed away 9-9-04). It was a sad time, but he is now with granny wez in heaven and in the arms of Jesus free from all his pain. He was such an amazing man! I am so glad i got to know him!

September 21st (I think that's right) Adam's sister had her baby, we are now aunt and uncle! Her name is Hailee Jade Fleming. She looks just like Laura!

I also got a new Van (well new to me) that same day. I got an 05 Honda Odyssey touring model blue. I love it! could never be happier!

March 4th i got a horrible call My mom called that her house was on fire. I am still so sick to think about it. she called saying her garage is on fire, she could not get Jared on the phone, she said that she could not get to the animals nor get Matt's car out. the garage all around was on fire not the car. she was able to run around and turn the gas off. at around 1p Austin (Matt's friend) left for work the garage was closed he heard what he thought was my mom in the garage messing around. it was not her she was in the back bedroom, she heard a loud explosion at about 1:10 thought Austin had fell down the stairs or something, she ran out of her room smelt smoke looked in the kitchen could see smoke but could see no fire, she opened the garage which was off the kitchen and saw that the whole garage from one side to the other was on fire and the garage door was open. she shut the door, called for the animals no one came she then threw her purse out the back door and ran out, she ran to the garage tried to get Matt's car out and she shut the gas off at the water heater. no one knows what all happened because the arson investigator and ins investigators could not find a cause because the heat was so high.. i think that is NUTS! she scared me that day i thought she was going to have a heart attack. She end up losing the cat and everyone else made it out. I am so sad for my brother he lost his most prized possession car( he worked a lot of hours on that thing), and he lost his 11 year old cat abby.

The next day Friday as we were going to the House to get pictures and in valuables, We got a horrible call that my cousin Ashlei was found dead at my aunts house. she was fine that morning when my aunt went to work and then when she got home she was not alive. She had been sick a month prior with her diabetes and other stuff. she was also still taking the death of her mom and meemaw very hard that she turned to Meth and drugs. We think she died from the drugs. She was only 26. that was so hard to see someone so young like that. I will miss her. I know she is with her mom and meemaw. She was about to try to turn her life around and move to AZ but kept stalling because of the drugs. It was so sad to have to live a life like that. I know she knows God and I know she wanted to change her life. She could have been so much more, but God has a plan for all of us.

I think that is all that has gone on...I will have a separate post about a little girl who was 2 and went to heaven on March 9th. I will also talk about the awareness of her horrible cancer she had.

I am going to give a big UPDATE!! No particular order! its been almost 3 months! I will have pics on here either in this post or another!

*We had a Great Soccer season! We really started to learn the game and do better as a team towards the end of the season!

*Austin after Soccer signed up for Flag Football with Daddy being the coach. It was a great season and he loved it even though he did not want to play defense!

* I am getting ready for 3 consignment sales!!

* Alexis Got Glasses for her Extropia, we are going to try this for 3 months. it has improved her speech, PT and OT so much!

* I am going to be an AUNT!! Adam's sister is having a Baby girl at the end of Sept!

*We got in a Car accident May 1st. that was not fun with 2 kids in the car!

* We went to Disney at the beginning of June and had a great time!

* We extended our garden this year. We LOVE IT!

* the Kids switched Gymnastics places, this one is so much better!

* Alexis is going to be having some Gentic testing done to see if she has a condition called 22Q. it has things to do with speech, heart, urinary tract, bowels and more.

* I became the president of my Moms Club here in Murfreesboro, i dont know if that is something to celbrate for or be sad about LOL!

* My good Friend's Daughter Allison needs prayers! she has a tumor on her eye. she is 4 years old!

* While in Fl we got to go to the Bucs Fan Fair day! AWESOME!! Can not wait until season starts. We are also going to the bucs V Titans Preseason Game Aug 15th.

* We went to Adam's Counsin Chris's Wedding Memorial Day weekend in AL. I just noticed that I lost all the reception pics when i transferred them to Disc to reformate my computer! I wanna cry!

* I chopped my hair off and love it!

* my baby brother graduated HS and is going to Tennessee Tech University in august in Cookville!

* Twins had thier program at MDO in May and they start back in September.

* I got to host a Ford American Idol party and have 2 ford Fusions here to test drive and prizes!

* we took madison on our way back from FL to the American Girl store to get her dolls hair Fixed.

* We have went several times to PT mallard in AL to play at the waterpark!

* we have had swim lessons! Madison can swim underwater with her eyes open to me with no life vest on.

First Soccer Game

We had our first soccer game Saturday and it was so cute to watch. I think they thought it was just going to be like practice except in uniform! LOL After getting used to it they started picking up on it. we won 8-0! Only because we have an older kid (almost 6 he missed cut off for 6yr old team by a month) and his mom is a pro soccer/college player. he scored 7 out 8 goals and only played half the game.

Austin gets frustrated that he cant get the ball to kick it in the net. The other kid is always with the ball. But you cant take his glory from him either.

Austin is a left footed kicker and the coach wants us to keep encouraging that and says he has a Strong kick with that left foot.
We have thought for a while now he was left handed, but he will still flip flop when writing.
madison is her crazy leg self kicking, soccer will not be her strong point...LOL but she gives it her 110%!~

Alexis's progress

We have a successful surgery for her Tubes Wednesday. She did great only thing she did was get sick after waking up and drinking to get ready to go home. it was a very fast procedure. It took longer for pre op on Monday and registration on wed that the procedure and recovery.

We have already started seeing progress. you can tell she is hearing things differently from the way she reacts to things.

My baby is getting Ear tubes April 1st at 12p she has to be there at 9a. She has pre Op on the 30th. I hope this will help her in the way she needs it. I am so tired of her feeling bad, plus we think her ears are a part of her balance issue and her speech issue.
I hate we have to do this but I know she needs it. Please just pray all goes well and that this will help her!

I can not believe that My baby girl is 2! I am a little late posting this but anyway. she turned 2 on the 18th.
We are having a "wow wow Wubzy party" Sunday.
We did a little thing here Thursday at the house, we had cupcakes a dinner. We went to Birthday lunch with daddy since i was suppose to work that night but I was an extra so I did not go in plus my stomach was a little upset as well so it worked out.

I will post recent pics after the party on Sunday!

We gave her one of her presents tonight as it came by UPS today. She loves these buckets that Ms Kim has and so we found a set online and got them for her. She was so happy with them!

I think if I make a list of things I need to get done on here I will get them accomplished faster...we will see huh??

1. Get the toddler beds in the attic
2. Take back a couple things to the stores.
3. get my room more organized and clean
4. the upstairs bathrooms
5. get the consignment stuff all hung and ready to tag.
6. get the garage in order (again!)
7. I have a few things to hang on the wall.
8. switch out some old photos on the wall for new ones
9. clean out my closet and organize it more.
10. list my Craig's list stuff and free cycle stuff
11. Touch up paint
12. order vinyl wall things from Uppercase Living

I think that is all for now. I got a lot done this weekend with the great weather!

After I posted my other post I want to clarify a few things.

First of all if anyone wants to know if I was talking about one group of people in general or one person in general, please just email me or call me and ask like a big person!

I was talking about a lot of different people in my life now and in the past. I was just frustrated and PMSing and wanted to "Vent".

I feel that the real thing to do is just Pray for those people. Pray that they will one day realize there is only one Judge at that is God. Pray that they will eventually start treating those as they want to be treated.

We are all adults and all I ask is if you want to know what or who I am talking about please ask me before talking about it to other people or having others do the dirty work for you. I am an adult and I can handle a conversation about it if I am approached.

There is not a person on this earth that I hate or can not forgive. I may not like your actions or how you handle yourself but I will never do anything to be cruel to a person or intentionally hurt someone. that is just not who I am. If I have ever offended or hurt you please come to me and talk to me about it. If I have I will apologize for it.

Either its just that time of month that is making me so frustrated easier or its totally the situation.

I can not name names nor the actual situation but i will go around about it. This is my personal blog to write what I want right?

There is a situation that has just come up that has me so over the "volunteering", non paid position i hold!

I can not STAND a controlling person when I am hired or appointed to do a job! just let me do the job i was asked or hired to do with out someone telling me EXACTLY what words to use or actions to take.
If you want to control that bad do the job yourself!

Another thing I can not take is CADDY women and "Cliques".

I try to get along with everyone, but when I try to talk to certain people even though some of them I may not be "BFF's" with they ask as if I am not as good as they are, or like they are too good to have a civil conversation with me or someone that is not in their little "snob" clique.

I am sorry if I don't dress in designer clothes (i don't like buying clothes for me I am a plain jane jeans and tshirt gal), or I don't drive a "luxury" vehicle, wear loads of makeup, make my hair all "foo fooey", or talk your talk.

I am a down to earth person who does dress my kids in NICE clothes, drives a Mini van, will do anything for a friend, "plain jane", I don't like to wear makeup, but I am a good friend!

I hate phoney people, 2faced, gossiping caddy women!

when I have an idea or thought these "women" brush it off but when the "cliquey" ones say the same idea it is all of a sudden a MAGICAL best idea they have ever heard!

I am sorry but MY FAMILY comes first! I will put them before anyone or anything!

I am thankful for those friends I do have that understand this crazy post! you know who you are! I will DO anything for a loyal friend!

Writing this makes me so emotional because I feel I have never befriended anyone, I have never not talked to someone or acted stuck up because the other person has less money, drives a different vehicle than me, or is just different than I am.

This is what's wrong with some of the kids these days is that some adults are too quick to "judge" the outside before looking inside of the person or even trying to get to know the person first!

Belated Christmas update and pics!

We had a great Christmas. The twins really understand it all. They loved turning on the lights each day and unplugging them. they even cried when we had to take the tree down.
they understand why we have Christmas! AMAZING!

Christmas eve we went to Church that night came home put our Christmas cookies and milk out. they sprinkled reindeer food in the yard.
Christmas Morning we woke up. Nana and Pawpaw came over brought the gifts.
When Madison opened her Nintendo DS she screamed "A DS" she and Austin were so excited with them.
Madison opened her American girl Bity baby and was so excited she said "A BABY!" and loved the stroller too!
Austin loved his Batman Cave and super man game for the V motion.
He also loved his Vtech digital art studio.
The other Fave is the COOL SCHOOL! that thing is so cool, now we have to get another one!

Alexis did not want to open anything at first. finally she did she got a shopping cart, stroller with baby, ride on pony.

We later left and went to my dad's side for xmas lunch there. kids had fun playing. after that went to xmas with Poppy, and my aunts xmas. such fun playing!

The next day we got up and left for GA, for xmas there. we did not return until Monday evening.
The twins got clothes, pianos, laptop (play ones), Madison got earrings and Austin got a Cars racetrack, a little electronic drum set thing, movies, art stuff, games, DVD games, pirate stuff, princess stuff.
Of course all got money too.

Alexis got stuffed animals (which she does not like things fuzzy, OT is working on that), clothes, a ride on toy, Books, music toy, and music CD.

If i forgot something which I am sure I did with all the stuff we got.

nana also got the twins these talking things like Furbys but different. they got PJ's from Tta/Caroline. Aunt lenis got them a marker set and art pads. Amy/tj got them a barbie and something cars (can not remember). Alexis got a Movie. they also got some other stuff like cars, princess stuff.

Adam got GA shirt, Mug from me. From his family side he got a GA wind sock for outside, tools, hand sander, gym pants, money, and a grill set.

I got Money, a griddle (for pancakes and what not), a steam mop!!!

Finally my stubborn one is Walking! after Christmas she would walk about 5 feet. then during PT on one Thursday she would do about 10 ft, well the next Monday she just took off and I called to tell Adam that all morning she has not crawled she was walking all over the play room! that wed she started opening and closing doors! PT came that Thursday and was amazed that she started walking everywhere, even though her arms were up high but she was walking. She even walked backwards 5 steps for the PT and she turns around, walks in a circle, carries items while walking. such an amazing turn around in a short time! you just could not make her do it she had to do it on her own time. I will post a pic soon.

I feel like it has been forever since i have posted on here.
again I will give a little update here and those that need thier own seperate post I will do so.

Right now we are dealing with lots of illness! First alexis at the beginning of Jan gets a double ear infection and croup!
then Jan 16th the twins had a 4 year check up. She checked alexis to be sure she had gotten better. even though the night before we had a high temp. she was fine there! Madison had some fluid on her rt ear saw during her ear test, it was clear so she siad just watch for temp and she would call in a med if need be.

Saturday night she gets HIGH temps and ends up in our bed with a 104 temp I called the dr and he said come in Monday.
Monday we go in and she has an ear infection.
Tuesday Madison Starts her temp, i wait until wed to call the dr to make sure in fact she was keeping the temp. so they say call back thursday when dr willams is in and they will get the med. well Wed night madison is up with a 105 temp and it took me forever to get it down to 102! finally we are at 100. now Austin also has a temp of 102-103. Thwey both are complianing of throat hurts, head hurts. So i just call thursday AM and get an apt.
the nurse calls me back to tell me to bring Alexis to see if the meds were working. if not they would do a rocefin(sp?) shot.

We get there Madison has a 102 temp, austin none, alexis none.
Strep swab and flu swap on twins. Dr comes in checks ears on alexis both ears are yucky she says! great now we get the shot!
Austin ears ,throat great, and the flu nad strep negative. so he just has a viral cough, the crud!
Madison has a flaming ear infection on the Rt side! as we knew. she had neg strep and flu. her throat looks fine. so just ear infection.

alexis gets her shot and we have to come back Friday (tomorrow) and sat for the rest of the shot process.
if she gets another back to back ear infection after this we will have to be considerd for Tubes.

We are 4!

We had a Bounce U birthday party on their actual birthday this year Dec 20. They had so much fun! Madison wanted a Mermaid Birthday cake and Austin wanted Pirate cake. We did cupcake pull apart cakes.

They we so excited to jump with all their friends.
They went to see Miss Pattycake the morning before the party!

They got their Scooters from Nana and Pawpaw first. then they opened the gifts from everyone. We got them the Tag system each Madison's is Pink and Austin's is the green. They have had so much fun playing with these gifts.

We got some color wonder stuff, money, petshop, cars, Elefun game, mickey mouse DVD game, and much more.

The Bucs Game in Atlanta

We got the chance to get great tickets in JULY to see the Bucs play in Atlanta against the Falcons. It was a crucial game and unfortunately we did not win in Overtime! 10-13! We were short our starter QB and some other players. Despite the loss we had a blast!

BEFORE the game we went to a tailgating party that Adam heard about online sponsored by ATLBUCS.COM. it was a GREAT tailgating party. We had free food sponsored by the Ale house in Alpharetta. we had fried turkeys, hamburgers, hot dogs, Cubans, beer, water, chips and cake! it was great!
But guess who showed up at our PARTY!! MIKE ALSTOTT he was so nice and Much hotter in person than on the field! LOL

he signed Adam's jersey and I got my pic with him!

Breakfast with Santa

We had the annual breakfast with Santa with our POTATO (twins Group) friends.

Alexis is so not fond of strangers or people she does not see everyday anyway, much less things in Costume or men with facial hair!
She freaked out! We had to later trick her into sitting on the bench later and then Santa snuck around behind her and we took the pic before she realized he was behind her.

also Rudolph showed up too. Unfortunately my camera was in Manual mode and Adam forgot when he was snapping the pic with the Rudolph so its a little blurry.

Since they are turning 4 Saturday I thought I would write here some things that they are doing and document some things they have said to me that have made me laugh or realize how grown up they are getting.

Austin: He is getting much better (behavior) and coming out of those horrible 3's. he Loves to draw, color, pretend, loves gymnastics. he says he has a girlfriend, it is this little girl at Gymnastics named Morgan. He has a great memory! He can draw all kinds of things, he can write a lot of the letters, numbers, he recognizes all the letters, numbers, colors, shapes (even hard ones!).
He loves to show his muscles to you. He will randomly tell you he loves you and give you a kiss or hug. he does not like to cuddle like Madison does.

he says he wants a skateboard from Santa (but he is not...no ER bills here) he also wants cars, trains
here are some things he has said recently

Mom: Hurry get in the Car, its sleeting Ice is falling on us.
Austin: ok i will I don't want to turn in to a Popsicle.
Mom: yup that rights no Popsicles.

Austin: mom what does purple make?
mom: what do you mean?
Austin: how do you make purple?
Mom: red and blue make purple
austin: and orange?
Mom: red and yellow
Austin: Yellow?
mOm: yellow
Austin: i can't make orange because I can't make yellow .

Madison: I want lots of babies for xmas
austin: no sissy you cant have lots of babies only one baby because lots of babies makes a mess!

madison:
she is my little drama queen, attitude. but is a very sweet "little mommy", big helper.
She loves her babies and has only asked Santa for a baby doll and a stroller.
She loves dance! Princesses are still the thing.
She is not a big of a artist that Austin is but she can write letters, numbers, she colors in the lines, she can recognize colors, shapes, letters, numbers.
She is a very loving and sweet child, loves kisses, hugs and to cuddle with you.
Oh she wants to be a Dr so she can take care of Nana and Pawpaw Dodge!

Sharing is getting better, the whining is a little better. The stuff they are learning about God, Jesus and the Bible in school and church is amazing!

I know there are a ton of more things they are saying and doing but it is hard to think of it all. this is why i like to update more often...LOL

I did not realize until tonight that I had not posted a post in DECEMBER!! that is how crazy this month has been! I will do a catch up post and hopefully get a couple more in this month.

We went to GA for thanksgiving. Will show some pics.

Adam and I went to Atlanta last weekend to see the Bucs play Atlanta. We stayed with his aunt Cindy and My mom keep the kids at my house sat night and sunday. We also picked up loft bunkbeds that Cindy, oh so graciouly gave us! Thank you a million cindy!!
I will do a seperate post of the game details since i have pics to go with that. We got there last Sat night and left sunday evening.

Before leaving for Atlanta we we to Whitney's (my cousins) birthday party.
That friday the twins woke up throwing up. only friday thats it, then just would not eat well until Monday. Well then Tuesday night Madison's Eye was bloodshot looking. but thats it. She went to school tuesday and then I got called so I took her to the Dr and she has an ear infection and pink eye (which was caused by the viral stomach bug she had) then the eye caused ear infection. Fun stuff! So far austin is fine.

Alexis signs eat, please, more, milk, want, all done and says mama, dada, nana, outside, hot, ava. she kinda says thank you, ho ho ho. She is so close to walking by herself. she needs to just let go!
She climbs a lot. She loves Wow Wow Wubzy and yo gabba gabba.

We have the twins birthday party coming up on Saturday. Wow I can not believe they will be 4 ! holy Cow! We are having it at the bouncy place in Murfreesboro. Bounce U. That morning we will see Miss Pattycake at church! so exciting!!!!

We are going to Ga for Xmas the day after Xmas day.

Alexis is almost walking. Of course she wanted to do it on her own and not you "trying" to get her to.
On Saturday she was sitting in this booster seat in the living room that Lori brought over and she just stood up and took 4 steps right there.
She now is trying so hard to walk, the PT was so amazed that in less than a week what she has accomplished.

She also has said "mama" on last Thursday. She will also snap her fingers while dancing!! so cute!

She also started clicking her tongue which is so good for her speech!

I am so excited at all the progress she is making!

I hope she is fully walking by Christmas!

Oh and I never knew how much of a thumb sucker she is until watching her at school today she kept going for her thumb in between activities and such. now i see her do it all the time!

Lately we have had some funny conversations and funny comments made around here. I feel like i need a tape recorder with me all the time.

Sunday madison is in the car on the way home from Church on her Princess Cell phone. she is calling Nana.
here is her conversation from what I can remember...
"Nana, how are you..mmm huh oh no why is your dog not eating..oh I am good I had a sucker today...oh mmmmhuh Come see me..oh really aww that is good...

She kept going and going...too funny!

Today after school in the car Madison says "Mommy can I say a prayer?" I said sure honey say it.
"Dear Jesus, thank you for my sucker, thank you for bubby's Gum and thank you for Ali, and Nana to get better Amen"

It was so sweet!!

Yesterday they were making food in the Play kitchen and Madison said here mommy I made you some sushi and here is the sauce you dip it in...LOL It was so CUTE!

Austin told me today that corn makes Popcorn. I just love how they just come up with stuff and figure things out on their own.

At church today we had a guest speaker there. I have never laughed so hard, even crying laughing so hard and so much in my entire life. I have seen many comedians who have never made me laugh like that before.
This man, Joe McGee taught a parenting seminar on Friday and Sat that I could not attend so when i heard he was speaking at service I was so excited! He spoke a little from what he says in a parenting seminar and a lot about marriage.
He quoted so many verses that relate that i never even thought about. Me and Adam were nudging each other all morning because he spoke about so much that was true!
Every church should have him come talk every one should do a parenting seminar or marriage one.

I bought his CD set (that he taught at the seminar) on "8 things that no kid should leave home without"I bought the book "God knows how to raise your kids even when you don't"

I have heard his finance books are great! He is from TN he has 6 kids. He now lives in OK.

Last night we went to Zaxby's to eat dinner and I was walking back to the table with the cups to get ready to fill up, as i was walking to the table I slipped on some water on the floor, I landed on my Left elbow and left knee. I also slightly twisted my right ankle. I blacked out for a moment not know what had just happened there for a few seconds. It was so not FUN! I am in so much pain!

I have to wait for the zaxby's ins co to call me so I can see a dr unless I want to payout of my own pocket (which I don't have because who knows how much that will be). I know I did not break a bone but who knows about the other stuff in my elbow or knee.

Tomorrow it will be a high of 70. I hope it stays because I am tired of being cold in the am and 85 plus in the afternoon. Its hard to plan what to wear! I am ready to move the summer clothes to the storage closet!

We went to a pumpkin patch last Friday with our MOPS group and we burned up! could not wear cute fall clothes in that weather! Today we went to a Halloween party (our costumes not ready yet) and we wore our "light" fall Halloween clothes but it was still hot!

We are being Peterpan (Austin), Tinkerbell (Alexis) and Wendy (Madison) for Halloween. Amy my cousin's grandmother-in-law is making the Wendy because I can not find one or even a blue night gown anywhere!

We have a fall hayride event, smores and all this Friday night I hope the weather is cool for that!

I ready for the cold so we can make chili, drink cocoa and turn the fire place on!

Not ready for snow though!

What have we been up to....

We have been very busy here lately. Tonight we were headed to dinner and Adam was going to go into work for about an hour to do a report while we went to the mall. Well while on our way my Aunt Lenis called and says she is headed to the Circus in Nashville and had 3 extra tickets and wants me and the kids to join them. SO we got dropped off to meet her, Carter, Savannah, chad, coti and 2 other people I did not know. We had a good time!

Today I went to our mom's Meetup group book club at Barnes and Noble. after I went home and we played outside until we left for dinner. we sanded and tightened and anchored down the playset. (we have been meaning to get this done like forever ago) We also fixed the tire swing. We played football with Austin, we swung, ate lunch outside it was great!

We are still battling allergies. it is crazy! this is the worst mine have been here but still not as bad as they were in GA! I just think we need RAIN!!!

The Kids have fall break next week except Alexis. so we are going to do some things with our friends next week.

We have a birthday to go to next weekend,and we may go to the pumpkin patch! who knows!

We are just enjoying the fall weather and watching FOOTBALL!!!

Bailout?

I was reading a post on a blog i read and decided to post some thoughts from hers as she said it so well!
I agree 100 %!!

How many of us average Americans understand the 700 billion dollar bailout? How money will be distributed, to whom, what it means short term, long term, how it translates to me, the individual consumer, mortgage holder and taxpayer? Will the Big CEO's get a BIG bonus? who is regulating and overseeing this money?

I want to know exactly what is going and how did we get in this situation? I am just so mad about the state of the Union right now! why did they let it get this bad? Why do we have to pay for their mistakes? I guess I could just use the lingo Bush and congressional leaders have offered and keep saying the same key phrases over and over. Key phrases like “predatory lending”; “golden parachutes”; “the end result of de-regulation”; “collapse of the markets”; “dire consequences”; etc. But I don’t think I’d be any more convincing of my understanding then they are.

Here are some questions?
1.WHY is this suddenly a crisis? There have been a massive amount of foreclosures over the last thirty-six months (that’s THREE YEARS, not THREE WEEKS). Why is it only when the millionaires are affected does it become a “historic crisis”. I’m sure the families that lost there homes pre-crisis would disagree. (good point Amy)

2. Why is it ok to hand faulty corporations BILLIONS of taxpayer’s dollars because they didn’t do their jobs very well. In my experience in the business world, when you perform below expected standards, guess what happens? You get to clean out your desk, you don’t get a 700 billion dollar bonus.

3.Why in the world is Bush and his camp of cronies sticking to the idea that the De-regulation put in place by people like Phil Gramm(who still has the ear of McCain on such things as the ECONOMY) isn’t a major part of this problem? And if the shotty regs that remain on the books had been enforced, this historic crisis might be a little less historic, a little less of a crisis. (perfect Point AMY you said it right)

Ok so people borrowed beyond their means, no doubt. But these people lent the money to them and in doing so likely did not adhere to the federal regulations put in place to protect both the corporation and the consumer from these doomsday scenarios.So the lack of enforcement is part of this "Georgie poo" start warming to the idea. Fiscal conservative indeed. What a joke.

No matter what it is to be believed that this bailout is going to go forward, for better or for worse it appears there is no way out. The right and left come together and give away the farm. Our farm. Our children’s farm.

I hope that the lessons this crisis offers us aren’t lost in all the check-writing. Speaking of check-writing, take a look at what your money could have bought and then make sure you vote in November. Can not complain unless you do your part and Vote!

A prayer Request

There is a family that was in our twins club in Nashville that has twin daughters that are 8 years old now and have a 5 year old brother. One of the daughters Mackenzie had a Brain tumor removed yesterday and it was malignant. They are in Vanderbilt and she is improving and they will be discussing chemo and radiation treatments next. I can not even begin to imagine what this family is going through. I just want to hug my kids and never let them go!

Update on Alexis

We went to the dr and in fact she does not have Chicken Pox Just a VERY bad case of hand foot and mouth. She at first thought it was until she saw the mouth and right before we got there 5 blisters popped up on her fingers. So now we have to let it run its course. Thank God its not!!

I am still going to get vaccinated just in case for the future. even though I may be immune.

The last time we got this we got it from the play area at the mall (the only place we had been that we were around that many germs)

Again we were at the play area when we got it again this time. GRRR They were out of sanitizer. I had some but i can not stop and sanitize my 18 mo when she is all over the floor and then hands go in her mouth all the time.. GRRR so frustrating!

Austin started Gymnastics today. He will go Wednesday's at 10 am. He did great! he loved it. He flipped, jumped on trampolines, did mini cartwheels, jumped,walked a balance beam and much more. it is right up his alley! He loves to flip and jump! Madison watched with me, she wanted to join in but was ok with cheering him on! She starts Dance Friday the 5th. I think once she starts she will forget about wanting to be with him doing gymnastics. I will have pics next week to show!

When it Rains....

We finally got some RAIN!

Along with rain outside came some rain inside so to speak...when it rains it pours!

Alexis has chicken pox!

we woke up to get ready to go and I noticed Alexis has CHICKEN POX! we were just at the dr on Tuesday, all three kids had allergies and we got meds for it. nothing bad!
Alexis had a diaper rash but i thought it was from her disposable diaper that the nursery at the Y put on her, she is allergic that is why i use cloth diapers. But apparently its not from that. she at the blisters in her mouth, nose, stomach, hands, feet, between her toes, bottom, genitals, and knees. She has a rash in other places. She will not eat much.

I am not sure where we got it from. We got the vaccine but all that does it lessen the symptoms if you get it, it can not guarantee you don't get it.

I on the other had have NEVER had them! of course the twins have not either. i had a blood test done when i was preg with her and it confirmed i have never had it. I have never had a vaccine either. SO i am PRAYING that i do not get it!

We go back to the Dr tomorrow for our 18m check up and now this too!

We also have Adam's Parents and grand dad in town. so that will help a lot when i take her to the Dr tomorrow.

My cucumbers some are great and most are bitter from too much sun.

I have a major allergy attack/drainage issue!
2 Thursdays ago I took the kids to the Dr for a cough and come t find out all we had was allergies and drainage. Great!

Ok The following Sunday I coughed myself to a horse straining my vocal cords. Its now Thursday and I somewhat have my voice back, it just sounds like i am really under the weather. I still have a cough and drainage.

The kids are better. Grr why can't i get 100 % better!

I could not even go to work for over a week!

I had one point where I lost it all the way, now how do you communicate with 3 year olds with no voice!??

Around here things are the same pretty much except one thing...we are still recovering from being under the weather..I am right now horse (sp?) after I have coughed so much that I am losing my voice...grrr what if i lose it and i can not communicate with my kids during the day. I have not lost my voice since having kids. Boy would that be hard!

I have some pics to post soon of the First Friday nights concert we went to on the square in the boro Friday. It was sponsored by our church this month. it was Christian music night. OH was it AWESOME!!

We also did some tax free shopping over the weekend for back to school (mothers day out for the kids) and fall wardrobe.

I have a prayer request for a friend of mines Mom she has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer she has had 3 rounds of chemo already. she has pretty much been good with the normal side effects. Until this weekend she had to go the ER for fever, it turns out she has a staph infection, so pray she will heal quickly. also pray for her healing as We have an AWESOME God that will heal her. she is a still working when she can so pray she has the strength to continue with that.

Alexis on Saturday said her first word!!!!!! Dada ,gaga,and yaha she will jus babble on and on sense too so stinking CUTE!

Our Garden now has TOMATOES ready to eat!!!

Madison and Austin are writing the Letter A and other letters. They love to learn!

We are signing Madison up with Reese Performing Arts

Need prayer for my mom she will be needing neck/back surgery she has a herniated disc she is seeing the neurosurgeon today.

Austin and Madison are such a hoot singing their fave songs they hear on mommies radio. I listen to all types of music!

I am searching for my CD of Photoshop so i can put it on this laptop so i can fix this blog header.
